Diagnostic Evaluation
Thorough assessment that includes completion of health history, questionnaires, pertinent records and information from other medical providers or hospitals, and one on one discussion to identify current issues and status to develop an appropriate diagnoses and formulate an individualized treatment plan.
Medication Management
If appropriate medication will be prescribed as part of treatment. Over the counter medication, herbal supplements, or dietary modifications may also be part of treatment recommendations

Individual Therapy
Solution focused therapy may be recommended as part of treatment and done in conjunction with medication management or reffered out for separate therapy if indicated.
